How soon do the products ship?
The products usually are shipped the same or next day from receiving your order. Please allow the appropriate amount of travel days for your products to arrive.
I made a mistake on my order after placing it online. Can I change it?
Please call the store at 512-476-5556 or email us ASAP to change your order. We most likely can change it before it ships or discuss what we can do if it has already shipped.
How long have you been here?
The Evie Evan store opened July 2010.
Do you have other stores?
We currently only have one store located downtown Austin at 504 Congress Ave. Suite 100 Austin, TX 78701.
How does parking work?
We validate parking for up to 30 minutes at the Little Field Garage across the street. Click here(contact us form) to get more details.
Do we do services?
Current we do provide makeup application services, but do not provide any spa services. If you want to get your makeup done by use, please call us at 512-476-5556 or email us.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do sell our products wholesale to select partners. Please email us if you are interested in buying our products for re-sale.
